The location was very convienient to Marien Platz and Oktoberfest as well as other major attractions. The terrace was favorite in the afternoon for drinking wine and reading a book. I felt secure in the building, and never really heard any noise from other apartments. The kitchen was small and no microwave, but I really wasn‘t there to cook for myself. Would definitely stay there again.

DO NOT book this apartment! If we could have given it zero stars, we would have. We booked this apartment because it looked nice in the photos, and we were supposed to have our own bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and toilet. Upon arrival, it turned out that this apartment was actually occupied, and the bathroom and toilet had to be shared with the owner. The apartment looked dirty and messy. There was a bed in the living room where you were just supposed to sleep. It felt like a filthy student house. After a heated argument with an unfriendly owner who could not communicate normally, we received our money back and booked another hotel. So do not book this, it’s a scam.

This was a fraudulent reservation during which my apartment was severely damaged, followed by an unjustified request for a refund. Fortunately, justice was ultimately served after this deeply distressing experience.
