Beautiful, historical house, 3 storeys, renovated. In the district of Parasio, in the resort Imperia Porto Maurizio, 25 km from the centre of San Remo, 20 km from the centre of Diano Marina, in a quiet, sunny position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 200 m from the sea. Public parking 20 m on the road. Shop 100 m, restaurant 50 m, bar, bakery, café, pedestrian zone 100 m, bicycle rental 200 m, bus stop 100 m, railway station "Imperia Oneglia" 5 km. Marina 400 m. The apartment is located in a zone with limited traffic.
