Nestled in historic Sugarbush Village, our condo blends classic ski-lodge charm with modern comfort. Originally built in 1979 (a very good year for après-ski vibes), this unit was completely renovated in 2023 to create a stylish, functional, and oh-so-cozy getaway. Whether you're here for first tracks, a wedding, hike or just first coffee, we’ve got you covered.

After a day on the mountain, kick back by the fireplace with a hot toddy or binge-watch your favorite shows on the Smart TV. The private balcony is the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee or evening cocktail while soaking in views of the mountain trails, serene woods, and a charming babbling brook (yes, it’s as peaceful as it sounds). Hosting friends? The large island and dining area comfortably seat six, and the plush pull-out sofa ensures everyone has a comfy spot to crash.

Our fully stocked kitchen is ready for everything from gourmet meals to late-night grilled cheese. We’ve got all the essentials, plus bonus appliances like a crockpot, rice cooker, and blender for your après-ski margaritas. And for coffee lovers, we offer both Keurig and filter coffee options—so bring your favorite beans or pods and fuel up for adventure.

The cozy bedroom features a dreamy king-size mattress with premium bedding that’ll make you hit snooze more than once. There’s plenty of storage with a spacious closet, bedside tables, and a cabinet. Plus, we’ve thought of everything—fans for the summer, a humidifier for winter, and bedside lamps with built-in outlets for charging all your gadgets.

Just outside the unit you have access to a locker by to lock your skis and snowboards away (lock not provided).
