Appartamento Lucia Theater Home - with big balcony and a panoramic view
The "Lucia" apartment is located in Tignale (Prabione), in a panoramic and quiet position about 7 km from the lake. It was renovated in 2023 and is furnished with care and attention to detail, with a mix of modern and antique furniture. From the large balcony, you can enjoy a spectacular view of the old town roofs and Mount Baldo.
A few steps away, you can find a new children's playground and the municipal swimming pool, which is free for our guests from mid-June to the end of August, the Alto Garda Park visitor center, where you can admire the history of Lake Garda, a restaurant and a bar with an attached shop.
The apartment is located on the first floor and is a two-room apartment of about 55 sqm that can accommodate 2 to 4 people. Inside, there is a spacious living room with a well-equipped kitchenette and a double sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower, a double bedroom, and a balcony.
The apartment's comforts include a kitchen with 4 induction plates and extractor hood, microwave, German coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, and Wi-Fi. For the car, an uncovered private parking is available.
Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
Sports and wellness: outdoor swimming pool 200 m away, tennis court 1 km away, mountain bike (rental available at Tabaccheria Ferrero), sailing and windsurfing approximately 7 km away in the port of Tignale. Golf approximately 13 km away at Golf Club Bogliaco.
On the day of arrival, our guests receive two discount cards (TIGNALE CARD and REBOMA CARD), with which they can obtain various discounts, for example:
• Guided tours
• Nordic Walking
• Free shuttle service to and from the beach, daily, from April to October
• Free admission to the public swimming pool of Prabione - from June to August
