This adorable cottage offers over 100 feet of waterfront, a private dock, two kayaks, and a spacious beautiful lawn leading to the water. Sleeping up to six with two full bedrooms and a full-size convertible couch. perfect for relaxing or exploring, Enjoy swimming, fishing, kayaking, lake views, and evenings by the fire pit under the stars. Just minutes from Damariscotta, it’s an ideal Midcoast Maine getaway on the most Peaceful Lake. Bring your boat as you have your own dock and morning. This end if the lake gets an amazing breeze so you can escape the hot summer days and the mosquitoes!

We stayed here for a wedding at Damariscotta Lake Farm and it was super close. We had a wonderful stay and the weather worked out so we got to enjoy some time on the dock and take in the beautiful views. Julie was an absolutely wonderful host, very accommodating and helpful!
