The Colonades property and our condo were beautiful!It was perfect for our family beach vacation. The boardwalk to the beach is wonderful and easy to access.The property and condo were clean and well maintained.This is one of my favorite beach condos!

Condo is beautiful, clean, large for a great family getaway! The view of the ocean stunning.The quiet atmosphere gave us some much needed rest and relaxation. Making plans to return next year.

Negative: One of the swivel chairs was unusable due to being off balance. There was no ice machine in the bar area. Furniture looked dated. Bins in freezer were hard to pull out for access to ice.Positive: Beds were very good. Plenty of towels in bathrooms. Good view of the beach. Due to weather and rip tides the beach was closed to swimming so the pool was busy. Kitchen was well supplied.
