We loved this property so close to Sumter Landing. Communications with Laura were so pleasant and fast! Even though we didn’t use the pool area this time, we loved drinking our coffee there! We hope to stay again soon!

The house is in a great location, within walking distance to Sumter Landing. It was super clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the host was very responsive to all inquiries. It has a private yard with a pool and spa. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

Location! Location! Location! Within walking distance to Lake Sumpter Square! And when you are not out and about come home to relax in a beautiful pool or hot tub. Comfortable beds! And Laura was the hostess with the mostess. We hope to be back here many times.

The property was fantastic and I would highly recommend it. Great location, beautiful outdoor area and pool (we enjoyed it several times a day), plenty of room in the home and all of the accommodations-from the comfortable beds to the well appointed kitchen to all the little extras. Host was very communicative throughout check in process. I’ve stayed in many rental homes and this one is in the top 10.

Our host was superb and the property is gorgeous! The lanai was great; beds were very comfortable; kitchen well stocked and the property was extremely clean. We definitely will be back. A few suggestions but not that it would lower the ratings from 5 star - maybe a few lawn chairs to throw in a golf cart. The market squares were wonderful with great live music. We would just be more comfortable in a nice fold up chair. The nice to have had was to be able to turn the jets on for the hot tub during the day. We didn’t go in it in the evening when the timer turned them on at our own schedule. Additional comfortable seating in the living room. Just suggestions - not must haves. Thank you letting us share your beautiful home!

This property was exceptionally clean, beautifully updated, and truly felt like a five-star resort. From the high-end appliances, gorgeous countertops, and beautiful cabinetry to all of the thoughtful details throughout the home, no detail was overlooked.The pool, spa, and outdoor area was absolutely perfect.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found the property incredibly relaxing. The hosts were meticulous in their planning and clearly anticipated every little amenity that could make our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. From the personalized welcome note to the beautiful bottle of wine waiting for us, we felt welcomed from the moment we arrived.Beyond the luxurious accommodations, the location was fantastic. In our opinion, it was an easy walk to The Square for the nightly entertainment, which made it so convenient to enjoy everything the area had to offer.Our family absolutely loved this property. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, luxurious, and thoughtfully appointed vacation home. We can't recommend it enough! (10 stars! :)

We had a terrific stay and would book this home again without hesitation. The location made it easy to get around The Villages, and the house itself felt open, comfortable, and set up for actually living—not just “staying.” The lanai/pool area was a standout: a beautiful space with a great pool that we ended up using throughout the day. We also loved the table by the pool—it was the perfect spot to watch TV, eat meals, and play cards, so we spent a lot of our time out there.What really set this rental apart, though, was how well everything was maintained and how thoughtfully it was prepared. The home was spotless when we arrived, and it honestly smelled amazing—fresh and clean the moment we walked in. The beds were super comfortable (memory foam), and the pillows were great too—everyone slept really well. The kitchen was well equipped (more than the usual basics), and there were plenty of small touches that made the stay easier and more enjoyable.Laura was an exceptional host. Her communication was fast and helpful from the start. She allowed us to check in early as soon as we arrived, which was a huge help. When we realized a guest pass was missing, I sent her a quick text and she had a new one printed and dropped off within about 30 minutes—above and beyond. We also noticed the hot tub was shutting off earlier than we expected at night; one message to Laura and she adjusted the timer so it stayed on until 11pm for us.

Beautiful home with a relaxing pool & jacuzzi! We loved staying here & loved that it’s pet-friendly & is surrounded by walking paths. The house itself is well-appointed & beautifully decorated & the owners were so gracious & welcoming, making us feel so special! It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the nearest square with great restaurants, stores & concerts every night. I would recommend this highly, & we enjoyed The Flying Biscuit Cafe, Häagen-Dazs, TooJays Deli (all within 5 minute walk) & Oakwood BBQ (12 minute drive). But mostly, we enjoyed hanging at the house. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer than 2 nights & that it wasn’t warmer weather for swimming. But, hey, it’s October, & it was waaay warmer than Nebraska! The bed in the master bedroom is so comfortable & the walk-in closet is AMAZING. Also, I loved that there was real cable on the tv, so we didn’t have to put a password in & then search for something to watch on Netflix. Wifi was great, so my husband got a lot of work done while I lounged in the pool. Lots of comfy cushioned chairs around the pool, too.
