This three-bedroom, four-bath home in Echo Park is designed for extended stays, with a private rooftop deck offering downtown LA skyline views. The main level opens into a bright kitchen, dining, and living space, and each bedroom includes its own television for flexible family living. Board games and a travel cot are available on request. Comfortable, well equipped, and close to the neighborhood`s cafes and shops, the home is well suited for families settling in for a month or more.


From the entry, the main level opens into one connected space for cooking, dining, and gathering. A large island anchors the kitchen, with a full range of stainless appliances and a hidden dishwasher tucked into the cabinetry. The dining table seats six beneath a sculptural chandelier, and the living area is grounded by a leather sofa, a pair of curved boucle chairs, and a low black coffee table, all set on a wide jute rug. A private balcony off the living room looks out toward the street and neighboring rooftops.

Upstairs, the primary suite sits at the back of the home for privacy, with a large window looking into greenery, a wall mounted television, and a walk in closet. The en suite bathroom includes a double vanity and a glass enclosed shower with its own window. Two additional bedrooms sit nearby, each with its own bathroom. One features a soaking tub and shower combination behind a glass panel, and the other includes a tub and shower with a skylight overhead. Each bedroom is outfitted with its own television, board games are available for guests who want them, and a travel cot can be requested for younger visitors.

A private rooftop deck completes the home, furnished for both dining and lounging, with downtown Los Angeles visible on the skyline. A large table seats six for meals outdoors, and a separate lounge area with a sofa, chairs, and a coffee table offers a quieter spot to take in the view. The deck gets full sun through the day, making it a comfortable place to work, relax, or gather as a group.


Guests will have access to the entire home. There will be no one else on the property, other than the weekly gardener, unless otherwise discussed with you in advance.

The home is located in Echo Park, one of the more walkable and eclectic neighborhoods on the east side of Los Angeles. Sunset Boulevard is a short distance away, with a wide range of coffee shops, restaurants, and local boutiques. Echo Park Lake is nearby for morning walks, and Dodger Stadium is close enough to reach without a long drive. Downtown Los Angeles is visible from the home`s rooftop deck and just minutes away by car.


Most people choose to have a car when visiting Southern California. There are an abundant amount of unique and significant attractions within two hours of this home. If you`re an explorer, we recommend a car.
If you`re the type who wants to arrive and relax at the house on your vacation, Uber and Lyft are readily available as well.


By booking with us, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement. You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully signing our Rental Agreement.

Please note that in the State of CA, guests staying over 30 nights are legally required to sign a legal CAR form with the DRE. Our Broker of Record will send you this CAR form for signature once payment is made. Your reservation will be considered ready to go once the form is signed.

There is a 10-day grace period to return any items taken from the home at check-out (keys, garage remotes, etc). Replacement costs will be charged to guests if items are not received within 10 days of check-out.

Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a minimum $250 fine.

Utility Usage: Utilities are included up to the property`s recent average usage. Any excessive use above that amount may result in additional charges. If applicable, payment for utility overages is due within 14 days of check-out.

- Damages and/or failure to pick up after your pet may result in additional charges at check-out. Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking. Failure to comply with this will result in an additional charge of up to $1000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to Owner and/or Company.

- For any items left behind after check-out, guests will be charged the shipping costs and an additional service fee of $25.

- A minimum of $25 will be charged per lost or unreturned keys, fobs, or access cards. Please ensure they are returned before check-out.

- Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $250 fine.

- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of the noise level during these hours to respect neighbors and others in the area.

- Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay. Any damages must be reported immediately to the host to ensure proper documentation.

- Please dispose of all trash in the designated bins provided. If the trash bins are full, please notify the host for further instructions.

- Any unregistered guests are not allowed to stay overnight without prior written approval from the host. Additional guests may result in an additional charge.
