Beautiful modern apartment loft T4 + large terrace 25m2 SOUTH exposure, located on the 3rd and last level while being on one level. no neighbor above. Ideal family (rooms with sliding doors) apartment rented to max 5 people (2 adults 3 children) not rented to more than 4 adults.  Hillside residence in an area of 2 hectares of pines with caretaker. video surveillance at the entrance. Very calm environment. Parking in front of apartment door + and private individual garage. Swimming pool on the 1st level, secure and supervised (July August) + small pool (children - 4 years) open from mid May to mid October. Supermarket shops and pharmacy down hill in 3 minutes by car
Access possible on foot to town center and beaches in 20 minutes by shortcuts for good walkers., In 8 minutes by car.
Free shuttle in high season in the morning to the city center, at the foot of the residence; however vehicle recommended

Wonderful apartment with a dreamingful view to the sea

We stayed as a family of 4 at the apartment in the summer time. It is a lovely and the owner has a very good taste of room design. The outlook is fantastic to the Mediterranean sea and Bandol with the whole bay. The view on a firework on Bandol harbor was amazing from the terace. The owner is very friendly and helpful. We would come back in future!

Un merveilleux séjour chez Mme Thenoz. La vue sur la mer est grandiose. L'exposition de l'appartement offre de magnifiques levers et couchers du soleil. L'appartement est propre et joliment décoré. Séjour pendanrt canicule 2 ventilateurs ont été mis à disposition 5,80 de baies vitrées dans séjour 2,50 de baies vitrées dans chaque chambre Appartement sur colline 100 m d altitude Règlement intérieur non respecté par vacanciers ( présence d un chien ne correspondant aux critères de gabarit demandés dans annonce et resté dans voiture malgré la chaleur pour que je ne le voie pas à leur arrivée mais vu à leur départ Nuisances sonores ma voisine s en est plainte auprès de moi après leur départ Rideaux cassé

excellent séjour en juin dans ce superbe appartement.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à bandol, endroit très agréable. l'appartement est spacieux et lumineux, avec une belle terrasse plein sud et protégé du soleil couchant, vue mer superbe donnant sur la baie de Bandol. Il est très bien équipé, rien ne manque. une très belle décoration raffinée, la résidence sécurisée possède une belle piscine avec vue sur la baie. la propriétaire est très sympathique et a l'écoute de ses hôtes. Schöne Wohnung mit Traumausblick

Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Kindern (11 und 8) zu Gast und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sauber, ruhig und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Auch wenn es in der Gegend viel zu sehen gibt, haben wir auch mal einzelne Tage nur in der Wohnung und am Pool genießen können. Der Pool ist zwar ein paar Minuten weg aber dafür ist er relativ lang so dass man dort auch richtig schwimmen und nicht nur planschen kann. Die Küche ist zweckmäßig inkl. Spülmaschine eingerichtet und kleinere Sachen kann man auf den zwei Herdplatten gut kochen. Sehr positiv fanden wir dass nicht nur genau 4 Teller, 4 Gläser ,4 Schüsseln etc sondern wesentlich mehr Teile vorhanden sind. So muss man nicht nach jedem einzelnen Essen abspülen sondern kann die Sachen in der Spülmaschine sammeln.Die zwei Schlafzimmer sind nicht allzu groß und direkt nebeneinander. Von dem Wohnzimmer sind sie mit jeweils einer Schiebetür getrennt. Im "Elternschlafzimmer" ist ein 1,40m breites Bett, im Kinderschlafzimmer ist eine Ausziehcouch aus der man dann zwei getrennte einzelne 90cm breite Betten machen kann. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und nett. Sie hat auf jede Anfrage unmittelbar und immer hilfreich geantwortet! Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und können den Aufenthalt sehr empfehlen!

Un très bel appartement dont on se sent bien. Le point négatif est que pour se rendre à la piscine il y a énormément d’escalier à monter et descendre,c’est juste une petite parenthèse. A part ça bon contact avec La propriétaire Très bon séjour.

Au moment de l accueil des vacanciers il a été signalé à M qu il y avait 2 manières d accéder à la piscine - soit en marchant sur la voie privée de la résidence( 5 mn de marche ) - soit en prenant escaliers Le fait d être un peu à distance de la piscine met l appartement à l abri de toute nuisance sonore

Uns hat alles gut gefallen bis auf die Tatsache, dass das zweite Schlafzimmer recht klein ist und unsere Töchter sich ein Ausziehbett teilen mussten.
