The apartment spans two levels and can accommodate up to four people—ideal for couples, small families, or friends who want to enjoy the special atmosphere of the Bodden landscape together.

A special highlight is the east-facing balcony with a magnificent view of the Bodden. Start your day here with a cup of coffee in the morning sun, or wind down in the evening with a glass of wine while taking in the view of the vast water landscape.

On the upper floor is the bright living area, which offers additional space for two people thanks to a cosy sleeper sofa. The practical kitchenette allows you to prepare your meals exactly as you like, while the bathroom with a shower and toilet rounds out the living comfort.

A staircase leads to the attic, where you’ll find the bedroom with a comfortable double bed—a quiet retreat for restful nights.

Wi-Fi is, of course, available. Please note that smoking and pets are not permitted in the apartment.

A washing machine and dryer are available for use in the building’s common area for a fee. An underground parking space is also available to make your arrival more convenient.
