For the safety of our guests and the property, there is one exterior video doorbell camera at the front entrance, which may record video and audio. It monitors the entry area only — there are no interior cameras and none on the balcony or any private space.

Strictly no smoking anywhere inside or even in the balcony — cigarettes, marijuana, vapes, e-cigarettes, and any other devices.
A $500 cleaning fee applies for odor removal, deep cleaning, and restoration.
