Welcome to the Berliner Hof

This exceptionally located 3-room apartment in Scharbeutz offers a magnificent view of the sea from its south/east-facing balcony.
The apartment is on the 5th floor and is easily accessible by lift. It is equipped to accommodate 2–4 people and features a bright living room with a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea and the Bay of Lübeck. The living room is furnished with a dining area for 4 people, a cosy sofa set, and a 43-inch/110-cm smart TV. One bedroom features a double bed (2.0 x 2.0 m, with twin mattresses measuring 1.0 x 2.0 m each) and plenty of storage space. The second bedroom is ideal for children and features a bunk bed (each bed measuring 0.90 x 2 m) and a desk. Both bedrooms have blackout curtains to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The small, separate kitchen features a ceramic cooktop, microwave, and oven, as well as a DeLonghi coffee maker.
The bathroom has a shower, plenty of light, and ample storage and counter space thanks to a large built-in bathroom mirror cabinet. A hair dryer is also provided here. You can enjoy the stunning ocean view from the balcony. While sipping a cosy cup of coffee, you can watch the sunrise or—depending on the season—soak up the sun on the balcony until noon. The balcony is furnished with a sun lounger, a sun chair with a footstool, and a small side table. An ironing board and an iron are also provided in the apartment.
You can park your car in the outdoor parking space behind the building. A bicycle storage room and an outdoor bicycle parking area are available on the premises.
A laundry and drying room is available. The washing machines can be used for a fee. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi.
This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed.

As a special highlight, during the 2026 season from May 1 to September 15, a free beach chair will be available to you on the beach section directly in front of the building.
