-House Rules-
We're excited to host you! These simple guidelines help us care for the home and ensure a great stay for everyone.

-Guests & Occupancy Policy-
Only registered guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests.

-Unauthorized Guests-
Visitors and unregistered guests are not permitted without prior host approval. Unauthorized guests may result in:

• Immediate removal of unauthorized guests
• An additional guest fee of $50 per person, per night
• Reservation cancellation in accordance with VRBO policy

If your plans change or you'd like to add guests or have visitors, please message us in advance. We're happy to accommodate when possible!

-Smoking/ Vaping-
No smoking or vaping inside the home or game room. Smoking is permitted outdoors only with doors and windows closed. A $250 odor remediation fee may apply if smoke is detected indoors.

-Pets-
No pets are permitted due to severe allergies. This policy is strictly enforced.

Unauthorized pets may result in additional cleaning and damage charges and may require the pet to be removed from the property or the reservation to be canceled in accordance with VRBO's policies.

-Parties & Events-
No parties or events. Please keep noise to a respectful level, especially during the evening hours.

-Safety & Home Layout-
• This is a two-story home.
• Baby gates are installed at the top and bottom of the stairs.
• Please ensure everyone in your group is comfortable using stairs.

We want you to have a five-star stay and feel at home. If anything comes up during your visit, please reach out, we’re always happy to help and respond quickly!

-Guest access-
Guests have private access to the entire home, including the game room, backyard patio, and all living spaces, plus access to two community pools.

Enjoy easy self-check-in with a secure keypad. Detailed check-in instructions and your access code will be provided before your arrival.

Please note:

The closets used for owner storage are not accessible to guests.

Community amenities are shared spaces and subject to community rules and availability.

-Other things to note-
Our home is near a train route, so occasional train noise may be heard. Each bedroom includes a sound machine for added comfort.

Please note that all bedrooms and full bathrooms are located upstairs, so guests should be comfortable using stairs during their stay.
