"Welcome to the Pfälzerwald-Idyll vacation home, your retreat in the Palatinate! Enjoy relaxing days with family or friends, explore the surrounding biosphere reserve on numerous premium hiking and biking trails and get to know the Palatinate hospitality on the nearby German Wine Route.



Back at the vacation home, the private sauna outside and the corner bathtub in the house invite you to relax. End the day with a joint barbecue in the courtyard or meet for a game night in the spacious and cozy living and dining room. On the 160 m2 living space is enough room for everyone! The former farmhouse has been lovingly modernized, has 4 bedrooms, 2 sleeping places in the living room and 2 bathrooms and offers you space for up to 10 people.

Alles war perfekt, die Familie Kunz sehr gastfreundlich..

Pros: Das ganze Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und dekoriert, die Räume sind bis auf ein Schlafzimmer sehr groß. Wir hatten mit 8 Erwachsenen und 2 Kleinkindern richtig viel Platz. In dem großen Innenhof, der zur Hälfte überdacht ist, kann man bei warmen Wetter super sitzen und selbst im Winter, so wie wir, grillen. Auch unsere 4 Autos hatten noch Platz. Gegenüber ist die Metzgerei der Gastgeber, wo wir frische Brötchen und leckere Wurst und Grillgut bekommen haben. Zur Wasgauer Hütte sind es nur 1,5 km/h. Dort kann man zünftig einkehren. Wir werden unser vorweihnachtliches Familientreffen im kommenden Jahr wieder hier genießen, Cons: Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.

Pros: Wir konnten direkt vom Ferienhaus unsere Wanderungen starten und nach der Wanderung im überdachten Außenbereich gemütlich beisammen sein und einen trinken :-) Cons: Wir waren zu kurz da ...........

Eine tolle Unterkunft, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet! Auch Getränke und Snacks stehen gegen faires Entgelt zur Verfügung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Großzügiges Haus mit modernem gemütlichem Ambiente

Pros: Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an sehr wohl und wie zuhause gefühlt! Die Räume sind alle sehr schön eingerichtet , modern und sauber. Bequeme Matratzen, sehr gute Ausstattung, ruhige Lage. Gegenüber gibt es einen Dorfmetzger, bei dem man auch Brötchen vorbestellen kann. Im Vorratsraum kann man Getränke, Honig und Schokolade kaufen, alles zu fairen Preisen. Ein Restaurant ist in 1 Minute zu Fuß zu erreichen und ein Pizzaservice vom Nachbarort liefert leckere Pizza/Salate. Im Außenbereich kann man mit einer großen Gruppe gemütlich sitzen und ist sowohl vor starker Sonne als auch vor Regen geschützt. Die Faßsauna für 4 Personen ist noch ein i-Tüpfelchen, das wir ebenso toll fanden. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war von Angebinn bis Ende prompt und freundlich, kleine Wünsche wurden problemlos erfüllt (Daaaanke! :-)). Schwanheim ist ein idealer Ausgangsort für diverse Wanderungen und Radtouren und die Pfalz zu erleben. 100% zu empfehlen!!!

Wunderschönes Haus im Pfälzer Wald

Pros: Wir haben als Familie wunderschöne Tage im Haus von Familie Kunz verbracht. Das Haus ist perfekt für Urlaube mit der ganzen Familie oder generell einer größeren Gruppen. Die Aufteilung vom Haus ist dafür bestens geeignet. Die Lage mitten im Pfälzerwald eignet sich für einfach Spaziergänge oder größere Wanderungen. Danach lässt es sich super in der Sauna entspannen. In den Genuß der großen Terrasse sind wir wegen des Wetters leider nicht gekommen. Cons: Zu weiche Matratzen

Super schönes Haus mit Charme

Pros: Liebevoll eingerichtet Haus, toller Hof mit Überdachung, Grill, Sauna und allem was man für einen gemütlichen Abend braucht. Der Wohnbereich bietet genung Platz um Zeit zusammen zu verbringen, die Schlafzimmer und Bäder sind super ausgestattet, die Betten bequem. Cons: Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen, trotz allem ist der Preis ist relativ hoch angesetzt.

Perfekter Startpunkt für viele Wanderziele

Wir hatten einen perfekten Aufenthalt: Wir haben die Unterkunft im Rahmen eines Wanderwochenendes gebucht und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.
