Only 80 meters from the beach: Two modern and elegant holiday complexes - Al Parco and Le Acacie - which are located next to each other and each is completely self-contained. A small path leads through a lush Mediterranean forest to the extensive sandy beach. Each of the complexes has its own attractive pool area with a separate children's pool and cozy sun terrace - ideal for relaxing sunbathing or just relaxing. The following applies to the system: - 108 residential units - 2 buildings - Elevator - Washing machine (for a fee) - Tumble dryer (for a fee) - Garden - Community terrace - Lay - Underground car park - Shared outdoor pool, children's pool, loungers, parasols Extras included: Participation in a spaghetti party once per stay (from mid-May to mid-September, weather dependent) Invitation to wine tasting with typical snacks (only in high season) Beach services (1 deck chair, 1 lounger, 1 parasol), beginning of May to the end of September 10% discount in various restaurants and shops 20% green fee discount (from Monday to Friday) at the 18-hole Lignano Golf Club Activities nearby: On the approx. 8-10 km long and wide sandy beach, a wide-ranging animation program is offered free of charge for 3 hours every morning and afternoon. This appeals to children, teenagers and adults. It is also possible to undertake water sports of all kinds (for a fee). For example, rent a pedal boat, surfboard or even a sailing boat. Even paragliding is possible. There are also fields for beach volleyball, football, tennis and boccia on the wide beach. Mobility: Not suitable for people with limited mobility
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house (Youth) groups only on request. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
