A separate office also offers the opportunity to work undisturbed or read in peace, even while on holiday.

The separate kitchen is modernly equipped and perfect for cooking together in the evenings. The heart of the home is the spacious living room with elegant hardwood floors, a large dining table, and a cosy seating area—ideal for social gatherings or quiet evenings. From here, you have direct access to the terrace, which is sheltered from the wind and prying eyes and furnished with patio furniture and its own beach chair—perfect for relaxing moments in the fresh air.

The location couldn't be better: You're just 300 metres from the fine-sand beach, and the newly redesigned promenade—with its numerous restaurants, cafés, and ice cream shops—is just a short walk of about 600 metres away—ideal for strolling, enjoying yourself, and breathing in the fresh sea air.

On the ground floor, in addition to the kitchen and living room, there is one bedroom with a double bed and another with a single bed (140 cm wide). Upstairs, you'll find three additional bedrooms as well as a separate office. Several flat-screen TVs, a stereo system, and Wi-Fi throughout the house ensure entertainment and comfort even on rainy days.

For longer stays, a washing machine, ironing board, and hotel safe for your valuables are available. Two private parking spaces are located right next to the house. A small dog is welcome by arrangement and for an additional fee.
