The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Place the pool passes (2) in the basket in the dining room table. *Please note, replacement fee for EACH is $250.
Please throw all your trash away at the designated garbage dumpster in the neighborhood.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet Hours: Noise must be kept to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Loud music, instruments, parties or disruptive gatherings are prohibited.
Illegal Activities: Any illegal activities, drug use, or illicit behavior will result in immediate cancellation of booking.
Smoking Policy: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the property.
