Die Lage ist sehr schön, ruhig und doch zentral.
Das Bad ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Duschtasse hat einen sehr hohen Einstieg. Die knarzende Treppe ist nachts relativ laut. Das eine Schlafzimmer ist vom anderen nicht durch eine Tür getrennt.
