Don’t worry with packing towels or linens, we provide! Depending on the season, enjoy s’mores over the outdoor wood burning fire pit! Enjoy visiting the local restaurants, wineries, golf and breweries. You will be a short drive from hiking Crabtree Falls, The Blue Ridge Parkway, and Humpback Rock.



This updated home with high end furnishings is sure to give you the reprieve you need! Everything is easy here – – from the oversized, private and level parking area in front of the home, the enjoyment of two family living areas with sectional seating, five smart TVs, quality high-speed Internet with private home office space, three separate outdoor living areas, and two of four bedrooms located on the entry level of the home, you will truly live comfortably in this like new, custom built home.



The two story great room with on-trend, wood ceiling will create that mountain getaway vibe for which you’ve been yearning! It’s not all adventure, you will sleep like a baby on the brand new, super comfortable mattresses! With a master suite on both the main and upper level of the home and the bonus of three king beds plus a room of bunks, there is plenty of space for a few families to enjoy!

WATER ACTIVITIES: While the resort’s pools are reserved for members only, this property has access to the HOA pools at Chestnut Springs on the mountain (94 Timber Camp Dr) and Rodes Farm in the valley (Stoney Creek). These pools operate from the Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day. Unaccompanied guests of property owners may use the pools from 2 pm until 6 pm daily. With a guest pass, six guests can access the pool. The limit on people using WPOA pools per property is six. In addition to the pools, there are two fresh water lakes with swimming nearby. Lake Monocan, a 20-acre lake and park operated by the resort that is located at 239 Camping Ridge Lane in Stoney Creek. There is a fee per person to enter and it is closed to the public on Saturdays. Sherando Lake Recreation Area is also nearby. Known locally as the jewel of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Families enjoy picnicking in this shaded and woody area, while relaxing on the sandy beach of a 25-acre spring-fed lake. Access to multiple trailheads and rustic architecture provide numerous points of interest for families to enjoy. $8 per vehicle up to 8 passenger capacity for day use.



Currently, due to a new policy of the resort, unaccompanied guests (renters) are not allowed access to the gym, indoor pools or Devils Knob golf course.



ADDITIONAL RULES

House Rules:

*No smoking or vaping inside the home.

*No animals/pets - only if you have paid the pet fee

*No parties

*No more than 13 guests

*Please respect our neighbors and reduce noise.

*We have septic. All feminine hygiene products can not be flushed in the toilet. Please dispose it in the trash bin.

*Locked closet doors are off limits. Owners closets.



Hot Tub Rules:

- Adults must supervise children 16 and younger.

- 6 guest at a time in the hot tub.

- Must shower with soap and water before entering hot tub.

- No bubbles, bath bombs, soaps, oils, or liquids of any kind in the hot tub.

- No glass or food in or near the hot tub.

- Always cover and lock hot tub immediately after use.

- Never sit on the hot tub cover.

When using our hot tub, we require you to shower with soap first. If not, the oils from your body will quickly accumulate leaving a dirty residue in the tub.

**Please, do not ruin the hot tub experience for the next guest. Damage to the hot tub by not showering or following posted rules will incur a $250 fee for professional hot tub draining, cleaning, and maintenance. Damage to the hot tub cover will incur a $400 fee for replacement cost.**



Pets:

* Need to pay pet fee to bring a dog.

* Need to speak to host on what size pet you have.

* When leaving please have a crate for your pet

* Please no pets on furniture. Beds, couches, chairs etc. There will be $100 fine.

* Pets need to be house broken. Pets are not allowed to go to the bathroom inside the home.
