Der zum Appartment gehörende Tiefgaragenplatz ist leider sehr eng, so dass man diesen mit einem größerem Wagen bei Belegung des Nachbarparkplatzes nicht mehr verlassen kann. Der uns für diesen Fall versprochene Parkplatz auf dem Hof war anfangs anderweitig belegt und wird dies wahrscheinlich in der Hauptsaison auch sein. Trotzdem möchten wir uns für die freundliche und schnelle Hilfe herzlich bedanken! Ein größerer Fernseher wäre schön. Ich bin leider stark sehbehindert und konnte auf dem kleinen Gerät kaum etwas erkennen. Falls die Couch mal erneuert werden muss, wäre auch da meiner Meinung nach eine größere nicht schlecht. Aber ansonsten war alles okay. Die Anlage ist insgesamt sehr gepfllegt. Die Nähe zum Strand und die Lage in der "City" sind durch kurze Wege optimal.

Schöne große Ferienwohnung, Fußgängerzone, zwei Kneipen direkt unterhalb der Wohnung, Abends laut. Alles vorhanden was man zur Ferienwohnung braucht. Autostellplatz sehr eng. Alles im allem waren wir zufrieden.

Aufenthalt im Mai 2024

Wir haben die Tage auf Sylt wieder sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung war zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber zweckmäßig und sauber. Einen gewissen Lärmpegel muss man natürlich in Kauf nehmen, dafür liegt die Wohnung ja auch direkt an der Friedrichstraße. Allerdings war der Lärm aus der Raucherkneipe, die sich direkt an das Haus anschließt abends und nachts schon sehr störend. Da man sich dort leider nicht an die Nachtruhe gehalten hat und es wurde bei geöffnetem Fenster und im Aussenbereich lautstark bis in den frühen Morgen gefeiert.
