The open, fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking together. The modern bathroom, featuring a rain shower, toilet, and high-quality fixtures, provides additional comfort.

For entertainment, Wi-Fi and two flat-screen TVs (50-inch in the living room, 32-inch in the bedroom) are available free of charge. You can use the swimming pool in the building. A sauna and a relaxation room are also available; the sauna is available for a fee.
