Einen Balkon Die Wohnung und die Umgebung waren sehr schön. Alles war super sauber. Leider fehlten Balkon/Terasse welche in der Ausstattung mit angeführt sind. Auch ein wirklich angenehmer Platz zum rauchen fehlt leider. Dadurch stehen immer wieder Raucher vor dem Eingang des Hauses.

Eine gut ausgestattete Wohnung, die alles hat, was man für ein paar Tage an der See braucht. Der Blick über Watt und zur Insel Neuwerk ist grandios. Die Anlage ist gepflegt und ansprechend. Die ganze Anlage ist ruhig und durch den Aufzug ist das Kofferschleppen kein Thema. Das Wasser im hauseigenen Schwimmbad ist sehr kühl.
