Finger weg, hier gäbe es viel zu tun!!!

Abgesehen von einer sehr zuvorkommenden Vermittlungsagentur -topp!,ist die FeWo gelinde gesagt eine Unverschämtheit. Altbackener und abgenutzter 90er-Jahrestyle. Alte abgenutzte Möbel und Teppiche. Im Schlafzimmer eine fleckige Auslegeware. Eine Küchenzeile, die ihre besten Zeiten wahrscheinlich vor 25 Jahren erlebt hat. Zusammengewürfeltes Geschirr, defekter Geschirrspüler, eine Spüle, die sich nicht schließen lässt. Kühlschrank der nicht schließt. In einer Glasvitrine altes Glas und angestaubtes Dekoobst. Auf dem Balkon ein dreckiger, schwarzer Balkontisch, Sitzkissen unansehnlich auf dem Boden im WZ gestapelt. Mehrere fleckige Teppiche „schmücken“ das Wohnzimmer. Die Ausstattung mit Fernseher und Stereoanlage funktioniert, ist jedoch kein Genuss. An der einen Wand des Wohnzimmers waren Blutflecken. Die Hälfte der Lampen funktioniert nicht, Staubsauger auch voll. Keine funktionierenden Heizkörper, (Dez. 2024). Fenster im Dachgeschoss defekt, s.d. Lüften schwierig war. Die Ausstattung der Badezimmer altbacken und vergilbte Toilettenbrillen. Beide Toilettenbürstenhalter und Waschbeckenüberlauf dreckig. Schlimm, wenn man seinen raren Urlaub hier verbringen muss. Lediglich die Nähe zum Strand ist ein Vorteil.

Wir haben eine sehr gut eingerichtete Wohnung in guter Lage vorgefunden. Die Ostsee ist quasi vor der Haustür. Ein zweiter Mülleimer wäre nicht schlecht für Papier und Plastik wir können diese Wohnung 100%ig weiterempfehlen
