Quaint 3-bedroom house in charming Brasles perfect for relaxing

**Guest access**
Guests have access to the entire property, including the enclosed garage, which can accommodate two cars. The house can host up to 6 guests maximum.

The house has 3 large bedrooms with wooden floors, each with a 180 cm king-size bed. One of the beds can be separated into two 90 cm single beds if needed.

The bedrooms are on the second floor. There are 2 bathrooms, each with a toilet, including one with a separate toilet area. There is also an additional toilet on the ground floor.

A spacious, fully equipped kitchen is available, including an espresso machine, teas, and more. You will also enjoy a typical Haussmann-style living room with a large smart TV.

You can relax in the flower-filled garden and enjoy barbecues in complete privacy.

There is also an independent, enclosed tiled garage adjoining the house, with space for 2 cars.

A baguette vending machine is located on the village square, just across the road.

The patio is equipped with outdoor furniture and a gas barbecue.

High-speed internet is available.

You are in Champagne, and the village has a rich winegrowing tradition. We are a family of Champagne winegrowers.

A wooden baby cot with bars, 60 x 120 cm, suitable for children up to 2 years old, is available.

There is a café-restaurant and a medical practice just opposite the house. Château-Thierry town centre is only 4 minutes away by car. Bicycle rental is available in the village, just a few steps away.
