Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Place all trash in outside receptacles – no debris left in house, or in yard – make sure no furniture or furnishings have been moved – load and turn on dishwasher before you leave

PLEASE LEAVE THE BEDS UNMADE, DO NOT WASH THE LINENS, TOWELS, COMFORTERS OR WASHCLOTHS. COMPILE ALL USED TOWELS ON THE BATHROOM FLOOR(S).

Turn off all lights, fans and set the air conditioner to 74 - If anything is damaged please let me know right away so I can get it fixed or replaced before the next guests arrive.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Quiet hours between 11pm-7am. Please be mindful of neighbors, this is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.
