Why they chose this property

I wanted a house in a real neighborhood with other children. I also wanted to be close to the school, and I love that there’s a beautiful lake nearby where I can walk my dog and hike the trails.

What makes this property unique

People are always surprised when they enter my home. When I bought it, I ripped out the walls and opened everything up because I wanted the greenery of the woods behind my house to be the highlight. It’s lit up with timed lights, and every section of the backyard was designed with purpose, filled with flowers.
