Die Ferienwohnung hat einen guten Zuschnitt (Grundriss) und eine gute Ausstattung, wir haben lediglich einen Toaster vermisst.Die auf der Webseite genannten Trockner und Waschmaschine konnten wir leider nicht finden.Das WLAN hat so gut wie keine Leistung.

Es freut uns, dass Ihnen der Zuschnitt und die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung grundsätzlich gut gefallen haben. Ihren Hinweis zum fehlenden Toaster nehmen wir gerne auf und werden dies überprüfen. Bezüglich der Waschmaschine und des Trockners möchten wir gerne ergänzen, dass sich diese – wie auf unserer Webseite angegeben – im Untergeschoss der Anlage befinden und dort von unseren Gästen genutzt werden können. Im Gebäude sind zudem entsprechende Hinweisschilder angebracht. Schade, dass Sie die Geräte während Ihres Aufenthaltes nicht finden konnten und sich nicht kurz bei unserem Gästeservice oder direkt bei uns gemeldet haben. Wir hätten Ihnen selbstverständlich gerne sofort weitergeholfen. Auch die schwache WLAN-Leistung bedauern wir. Gerade bei technischen Problemen hilft uns eine kurze Nachricht während des Aufenthaltes sehr, damit wir die Ursache prüfen und möglichst direkt Abhilfe schaffen können.
