A few kilometers from the sea, this comfortable vacation home with swimming pool welcomes you.



Welcome to this spacious and inviting vacation home in Polaca. Feel completely at home here with your extended family or a family of friends and discover the beautiful rooms on two floors. Look forward to cozy bedrooms and a fitness room that invites you to get close to your workout even on vacation. On the first floor you can gather in the large living room, swing the wooden spoons or put your legs up on the sofa.



You can also enjoy the garden and terraces. Your children will delight you with plenty of playground equipment to let off steam on. But also swimming and splashing in the pool will not be missed. While you have the large balcony and covered terrace at the house, you will find another terrace in the garden where you can gather in the evening for a barbecue and dinner.



In the surrounding area, in addition to the beaches of the region, there are exciting sights to discover in Zadar. The city offers museums, cafes, restaurants and many historical buildings. A special highlight is the artwork Sun Salutation, which can be found at the port of Zadar. For active vacationers there is the possibility to rent horses, boats or bicycles nearby and experience the beauty and facets of Dalmatia on different tours!
