Bungalow LAETITIA - In a peaceful central location in Timmendorf Strand.
Completely newly renovated and furnished bungalow directly on the beach in Timmendorf.
The large winter garden with a beautiful dining area offers you a view of the greenery. The adjoining kitchen with microwave, stove/oven, refrigerator and much more makes your vacation something special.
Nice living room with TV and couch area.
The large bedroom has a double bed (1.80mx2.00m) and a wardrobe. In the small bedroom you will find two single beds (85mx200m).
A bathroom with toilet/shower and window awaits you.
WiFi is available free of charge.
The large, fenced property with garden furniture, sandpit, swing, grill and view of the countryside invites you to read, grill or play around.
There is a second holiday bungalow "Felicitas" on the property, which is also rented through PAS.
Parking space for 2 cars directly at the house.
A cot and a high chair are available free of charge.
Non-smoking!!! Pets are welcome!

Jaaaa alles hat uns soweit sehr gut gefallen, doch wir haben Verbesserungsvorschläge:
Das WLAN ist sehr schwach ,der Fernseher hat zu wenig Programme (evtl eine neue Sat Anlage natürlich in digital) das ist uns sehr wichtig und der Kühlschrank müsste mal richtig ausgerichtet werden und die zwei einzelbetten in einen normalen Bett 90x200 umändern.
Meine Enkeltochter klagte über rückenschmerzen. Wollten auch gerne 2025 im Sommer in den Ferien im selben Gebäude wieder Urlaub machen. Bitte schicken Sie mir ein Angebot für zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder beide 12 Jahre jung.

Das Ferienhaus ist modern und auch wertig eingerichtet. Es fehlt aber ein Wäschetrockner ( Ständer ) um auch die Handtücher und die Badesachen drinnen zu trocknen. Auch Sonnenliegen oder ähnliches im Außenbereich haben wir vermisst. Das Grundstück ist gepflegt und großzügig angelegt. Es ist sehr ruhig. Wir hatten einen angenehmen Urlaub und würden auch gerne wieder kommen.
