Mobile home located on private land just 50 meters from the Arguenon River.



Layout: one bedroom with a double bed (140x190), one bedroom with two fixed single beds (90x190). Duvet, blanket, and pillows are provided. Bed linens are not included.



The mobile home also features a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a TV, a shower, and separate toilets.



For leisure, the beach is just 10 minutes away, and you can enjoy canoeing or fishing nearby.



Other notes:

Access to the mobile home is via a 10% slope, making it unsuitable for guests with reduced mobility. Trucks cannot access this accommodation.



To ensure hygiene, dogs and cats are not allowed, helping to maintain bedding quality. The presence of domestic and wild animals on the property may cause some inconvenience for certain guests.
