Ecologically built holiday home with its own garden, south-west terrace with access from all rooms, quiet location on the outskirts of Pähl, between southern Ammersee (5.5km) and Starnbergersee (8km). 8km to the next trainstation to go to munic within 30 minutes. To go to the mountains for example to Garmisch will take only about 45min by car. The apartment with its own entrance belongs to a family house. The private living area with terrace and goldsmith's studio are offset to the side of the holiday apartment and ensure sufficient privacy.

If I could give this property more than 5 stars I would. Outstanding! Very comfortable, very well equipped in a lovely quiet location. The owners were very friendly and helpful. I have stayed at some beautiful properties but this ranks as one of the best. Would highly recommend.

Es war rundum eine tolle Woche im Atelier der Simons . Eine tolle Wohnung an der es an nichts fehlt, sehr gemütlich und die Lage - Idylle Pur . Die Wohnung liegt am Ortsrand von Pähl in einer durchfahrtsbeschränkten Straße, dadurch ist es dort sehr ruhig und angenehm. Die Wohnung ist topp ausgestattet und es fehlte an nichts. Auch eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, als es einen Morgen Probleme mit dem fließenden Wasser hatten, hatten sie sofort reagiert und uns ersatzweise 2 Flaschen Wasser und einen Eimer mit Wasser bereitet gestellt. Zudem gab es zum Trost eine Flasche Wein! Am Nachmittag war dann alles wieder ok.Im Ortskern (wenn man das so nennen will), gibt es einen kleinen Kaufladen mit sehr leckeren Brötchen, sehr zu empfehlen. Wer viel in München und das Umland erkunden möchte, dem sei die Deutschlandcard empfohlen. Von Tutzing aus kommt man mit der Regional- und S-Bahn überall hin. Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub in tollem Ambiente! Wir können die Wohnung daher wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Die FW ist sehr geräumig und ganz toll eingerichet, hier fehlt es an nichts. Durch die Lüftungsanlage in der Wohnung gibt es fast keine Mücken oder Schnaken Die Familie Simon ist sehr nett und gibt viele gute Informationen um die Gegend gut zu erkunden. Das Ein- oder Aus checken ging reibungslos und man fühlte sich gleich sehr wohl. Die Lage der Wohnung war leicht zu erreichen, Stellplatz für das Auto gleich beim Haus und für die Räder war ein Geräteschuppen vorhanden.

Sehr schöner Kurzurlaub

Wir hatten 4 sehr schöne Tage in Pähl und Umgebung, nicht zuletzt dank der wirklich gemütlichen und sehr angenehmen Unterkunft. Ein Zuhause, das goldwert ist.

Noch nie durfte ich so schön bei den Bergen wohnen. Der warme Holzboden, die liebevollen Details im Bad, eine traumhaft schöne Küche, der naturnahe Garten mit Blick auf die Berge ... ich hab mich in diesen Platz regelrecht verliebt. Die Simon's sind die besten Gastgeber ever. Tipps, Hilfen, Erledigungen... alles gab es superschnell und mit ganz viel Empathie und Engagement. Ein inneres und äußeres Schmuckstück - dieses Attelier Simon. Danke für diese besondere Zeit hier.

Durchwegs sympathische, interessante und herzliche Menschen durften wir als unsere Gäste beherbergen. Deine ansteckende Begeisterung für die vielen Schönheiten die auch in dieser Jahreszeit sozusagen „vor unserer Haustüre“ schlummern, haben uns motiviert, Fotos davon für unsere Wohnungshomepage zu machen - so eine Art Fotokalender über das ganze Jahr.
