Online Beschreibung ungenau …………
Wir waren mit zwei älteren Hunden da, die Onlinebeschreibung erweckt den Eindruck, dass es sich um eine Erdgeschoss Wohnung handelt, es ist jedoch ein Kellergeschosse. Zur Eingangstür ca. 10 Stufen hoch und im Haus wieder 10 Stufen abwärts, mit älteren Hunden die keine Treppen laufen können ein Problem. Das Zimmer lässt sich nur schwach verdunkeln und keine Terrassenabtrennung zur Nachbarwohnung (Konflikt mit den Nachbarn). Außerdem, früh morgens, Krach auf der eigenen Terrasse durch Strandkorb Verschiebung durch wen auch immer.
Fazit, nicht zu empfehlen !!!
