Déçu

Très décu par la taille du logement car nous avions réservé un grand studio et nous avons un studio de 2 personnes hors nous étions 4 !! Nous sommes partis une nuit avant car ce n'était pas possible de rester dans une tel situation. De plus, la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas correctement, nous avions très chaud !! Mon mari s'est aperçu qu'il n'y avait pas de piles dans la télécommande ... Séjour compliqué !! Studio très propre ..

Wie bereits mit Ihnen besprochen und nachgewiesen haben wir eine aus einem unerklärlichen Grund eine Buchung für 2 Personen in ein Studio für 2 Personen von Vrbo bekommen. Wir haben diese Unstimmigkeit bei Check-In bemerkt. Da wir sonst komplett ausgebucht waren, haben wir Ihnen zusätzlich ein privates Zimmer angeboten um etwas Platz zu gewinnen auch haben wir die nötigen Betten bereitgestellt. Eine Reduktion des Preises haben wir auch offeriert. Uns ist bewusst, dass dieser Fehler sehr unangenehm war und entschuldigen uns nochmals dafür. Fehler an der Klima haben wir nicht gefunden, hätten Sie uns doch nochmals kontaktiert. Wir bedauern diesen Vorfall sehr. Freundliche Grüsse Schnydershome
