The 55 m² accommodation consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, and one bathroom, and can accommodate up to 4 people. Amenities include a TV as well as a selection of children's books and toys. There is also a playroom with various games and a table tennis table. For families, a baby cot and a high chair are available.



The private outdoor area includes a covered balcony. Additionally, there is a shared outdoor area with a herb garden and a playground. A shared heated indoor pool (open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.) and a sauna (open from 4 p.m., available for an extra fee) are at your disposal. Recommended excursions include the mountain museum in Diepolz with a cheese dairy, a bobsleigh track in Immenstadt, and Bühl am Alpsee. Public transport is within walking distance.



Parking is available on the property, and additional free parking can be found on the street. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking, and events are not allowed. Wi-Fi is available. A ski storage room is provided. You are kindly asked to observe quiet hours during your stay. The accommodation supports proper waste separation; further information will be provided on site.
