Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Throw all used towels in the bathtub! Keep used beds unmade.
Set AC to 75 (summer months) or heat to 68 (winter months) prior to departure
Take all trash to the outside bin!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
QUIET HOURS: please keep noise to a respectable minimum between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM
TRASH PICKUP : occurs every monday and thursday. If your stay overlaps with these days, please roll the bins out to the curb the night prior, thanks!
LAWN CARE: Lawn care is every other Tuesday. It takes him 30-45 min to do the lawn and then he will be out of your way!
