About this property

150m² Top Holiday Home ideal for Upper Bavaria and Munich with Great Facilities

Enjoy the beautiful Starnberg in the south of Munich with your family or friends. The spacious terraced house is in a very quiet location directly on a small wooded area with great walking opportunities.

You are not far from Lake Starnberg and in the middle of the holiday area. The cosmopolitan city of Munich is within easy reach, as are all the Bavarian excursion destinations, e.g. the ski areas around Garmisch, Neuschwanstein or Königssee.

In total, the 150 m² terraced house, completely equipped with parquet flooring and underfloor heating, consists of:

- 14 m² bedroom 1 with a comfortable 180 x 200 cm double bed with high-quality mattresses.

- 18 m² bedroom 2 with two single beds of 90 x 200 cm each, also with high-quality mattresses. One single bed can be converted into a sofa, if desired. There is a small desk for working. Please note that the photos were taken at a time when the owners still lived in the flat. Only one single bed is shown, the second single bed will of course be available freshly made up when you move in.

- 13 m² Bedroom 3 with a 160 x 200 cm sofa bed of very high quality and comfort. If the double bed is not needed, it can be used as a comfortable sofa. A smart TV is available in this room.

- The approximately 35 m² dining and living area offers a high-quality leather sofa corner and a dining table for up to 6 people. Connected to this is an approx. 10 m² kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer.

- The approximately 40 m² terrace invites you to linger with a dining area and further seating.

As usual in Germany, the flat is equipped with central heating (underfloor heating only), which provides pleasant warmth even on the coldest days. The house has a modern, sophisticated ventilation system. So even on hot summer days the house remains pleasantly cool, also thanks to modern insulation. An aircon is therefore not necessary and therefore not present.

The entire flat is supplied with fast Wifi using the Mash method. The house offers download rates of 50 to 100 Mbit/s throughout. VOIP, video telephony and streaming are well possible.

Smoking is only allowed in the outdoor areas. Parties and pets are not allowed. Of course, you can hold family reunions with up to 8 people (sufficient crockery is available).

The rental takes place in the name and on account of the owners by the professional holiday home agency Schulte-Tigges GbR. The owners are temporarily travelling and will live in the house again afterwards. Thus you enjoy a professional service in a private ambience with a lot of charm. The rental price includes 7% VAT. Accommodation invoices can be issued (please request).

The house is self-contained and comprises all three floors of the very spacious house. The ground floor and the 1st floor are completely at your disposal. In the basement is the laundry room, accessible to you, with washing machine and dryer. There are also locked, inaccessible storage rooms. You live in neighbourhood to other single-family houses in a traffic-calm zone.

You can get there and around by public transport. The local bus is a 5-7 minute walk away and runs every 20 minutes to the "Starnberg Nord" S-Bahn station in 7 minutes. From "Starnberg Nord" the train journey takes about 30 minutes, also every 20 minutes, to Munich main station.

By car, it takes about 35 minutes from the holiday home to Munich city centre.
