Chesa Bunita Dus is a holiday apartment on the ground floor of a building built in autumn 2022 on one of the sunniest spots in the village of Gaschurn.

Everything your heart desires: The non-smoking flat is fully equipped with high-quality furniture, appliances and accessories. It has a living/dining room with kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and WC, and a south-facing loggia with a magnificent view.

The high standard includes controlled ventilation of the rooms and internet access with fibre optic technology. The barrier-free flat is easily accessible by lift from the parking space in the carport. The flat also has a large storage room (e.g. for sports equipment). A separate hobby and sports room is available for fun and games.

And all this is included in the price. There are special rates available for long-term stays.
