House 24 "Haffkoje" - Holiday home with sauna and fireplace

House 24 "Haffkoje"
The "Haffkoje" can accommodate six people.
There are four bedrooms in total.
On the ground floor is the first of two bedrooms, featuring a double bed (180/200 cm).
There’s also a large dining table where everyone can sit comfortably and chat together in good company late into the night. On cold days, the fire in the wood-burning stove adds to the cosy atmosphere.
Even if it’s stormy and snowing outside, a trip to the sauna will still warm you up.
And when there’s lightning and thunder—the house has a lightning rod.
A travel cot could also be set up in the “large bedroom” upstairs.
There are also two small single bedrooms upstairs. However, if you leave the doors to these rooms open, you could easily have a “little chat” with your roommate from your bed. The beds are arranged so that eye contact is possible.
But even if you don’t want to be physically separated, you can easily “pull out” the bunk bed to create a sleeping surface 160 cm wide, providing enough space for two.
You can safely store the bicycles or strollers you bring with you in the bike/equipment shed.
We really hope that the relaxed atmosphere of our “Haffkoje” will help you
enjoy a carefree holiday and feel completely at home.

Please note:
Dogs are allowed (for an additional fee).
Smoking is not permitted in the holiday rental.
Barbecuing with a charcoal grill, open fires, and setting off fireworks (New Year’s Eve fireworks) are strictly prohibited.

Description of the bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 – Ground floor
Double bed 180x200 cm, 2 reading lamps, 2 dressers

Bedroom 2 - Upper floor
Double bed 180x200 cm, 2 nightstands with lamps, writing desk with chair, chest of drawers, travel crib

Bedroom 3 - Upper floor
Single bed 90x200 cm, nightstand with lamp, wardrobe/dresser

Bedroom 4 - Upper floor
Bunk bed 80x200 cm (extends to 160x200), nightstand with lamp, chest of drawers, and chair

Living and dining area
Wood-burning stove, 55-inch Smart TV with swivel arm, Wi-Fi

Kitchen
Stove with range hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, electric kettle, toaster, cookware and tableware, drip coffee maker, French press, hand blender and hand mixer

Bathroom/Wellness, Ground Floor
walk-in shower, toilet, sink, towel warmer, hair dryer, Finnish sauna

Upstairs Bathroom
walk-in shower, toilet, sink, heated towel rack, hair dryer

Outdoor Area
terrace with garden, table with 6 chairs, 3 lounge chairs, bike/equipment shed

House Rules/Pricing Info:
A damage deposit of 150 € is required.

Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the landlord:
- Bed linens + towels per person (including sauna towel): €20.00 one-time fee
- Stair gate (one-time fee): €5.00 one-time fee
- Firewood package: €10.00 one-time fee
- Electric grill: €15.00 one-time fee
- Dog (per day): €10.00 per night
- Dog (fees upon request): €0.00 one-time fee
- Towel package per person (with sauna towel): 10.00 € one-time fee
- Bed linen package per person: 10.00 € one-time fee
- Travel cot (one-time fee): 5.00 € one-time fee
- Dog - Additional cleaning fees: 30.00 € one-time fee
- Late check-out until 12:00 PM (upon request): upon request
- Early check-in starting at
