A new, high-end holiday rental featuring a state-of-the-art kitchen with a stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker, and plenty of dishes and cooking utensils at your disposal. The holiday rental has two separate bedrooms with double beds. A bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as a separate guest bathroom, complete the living space.

The living and dining area features a comfortable sleeper sofa. The living area is equipped with a SMART TV and radio. Balcony with seating. Washing and drying available upon request in the shared laundry room. Free parking and free Wi-Fi (high-speed internet) are available.

Bed linens and towels are included in the price.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

Guests access the apartment via a spiral staircase.

The outdoor area surrounding the house is available to our guests.

On Sundays (from around the end of April to around the end of September, weather permitting), holidaymakers can treat themselves to fine cakes and pastries, as well as delicious hot dishes, at our garden café.
