Beautiful holiday home in a quiet location near the harbour—pure relaxation! This 75 m² apartment, which sleeps up to 5 people and 1 infant in a cot, is located on the upper floor of the house at Fritz-Bleyl-Weg 14.

The beautifully furnished living room features a cosy leather sofa set, a 43-inch flat-screen smart TV, a Blu-ray player, and a mini hi-fi system.


From the living room, you step out onto a lovely south-facing balcony overlooking the Burger Binnensee. Here, patio furniture and a parasol provide the perfect setting for relaxing.

The fully equipped kitchen, which adjoins the living area, includes a coffee maker, electric kettle, dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and more. There is plenty of dishware, silverware, and kitchen equipment, as well as a high chair for the little ones. Please bring your own tea towels, dish soap, paper towels, etc. Two dishwasher tablets are provided to get you started.

The dining area offers a wonderful view of the garden and the greenery leading towards the inland lake.

In the bedrooms, you’ll sleep in double beds (180x200 cm). One bedroom has a cot (70x140 cm), and an extra bed can be booked as an option for the other bedroom (10€/day). One bedroom is equipped with a 32-inch flat-screen satellite TV.

Free Wi-Fi is available.

The apartment features beech wood flooring (parquet) in the living area, as well as a glass shower stall in the bathroom, which was renovated in 2022.

A washing machine and dryer are available on the ground floor if needed. Please bring your own laundry detergent.

In the garden, which you’re welcome to use, there’s a slide, a swing, and a sandpit for the children. There’s also a grill and a seating area.

You can store your sports equipment and bicycles in the attached garage.
Each apartment comes with a parking space on the property.

Pets are welcome! We charge a flat fee of €45 per stay for each pet.

　
The numerous attractions in the surrounding area ensure there’s never a dull moment and make your holiday both relaxing and unforgettable. We’ll also keep you regularly updated on current events and excursion tips on our Facebook page. Our on-site staff is always happy to assist you.

You can optionally book an early check-in (arrival from 10 a.m.) or a late check-out (departure by 4 p.m.) for an additional fee of €20.00 each. We can confirm these options no earlier than 1 week before arrival or departure; please send inquiries via email. During peak season, early check-in and late check-out are unfortunately not possible due to direct consecutive bookings.
Note regarding consecutive bookings during the high season: During the high season, we can only accept consecutive bookings; this means that each booking must follow directly after the previous one and be followed by the next one. Alternatively, there must be a gap between two bookings that meets the minimum rental period requirement. Unfortunately, the booking system cannot handle this automatically, so we must manually verify this rule after receiving the booking request.

For all bookings received by us on or after 01.08.2022, a separate flat-rate energy fee may be charged. You can find detailed information on this in our Terms and Conditions under Section 4. The holiday home at Fritz-Bleyl-Weg 14 is located on the edge of a quiet residential area. South of the house is a small, fenced-in lake where rainwater is collected. There is also plenty of space there for your four-legged friends to run around.

You can reach the harbour in Burgstaaken on foot in about 10 minutes, passing by typical lakeside restaurants as well as the popular Cafe Kontor.

At the fishing harbour, you’ll find many attractions for young and old alike, such as the walk-through submarine with its submarine museum, as well as the Experimenta and two indoor play parks, to name just a few.

Just a few minutes’ drive or bike ride away lies the island’s most beautiful beach, the Südstrand.

Here you’ll find the FehMare water park (with a spacious sauna area, wave pool, and fun zone) and the fine white sandy beach with beach chairs, as well as a spacious beach promenade lined with thatched-roof cafés and restaurants.
