Our stay in Villa Meraviglia
We stayed 2 weeks in this amazing house on Krk. The house was wonderful, well-decorated and very spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped, it has everything you need and there is enough glasses (and lots of different kinds, for every occasion) cutlery and crockery for 8 people. Also the espresso machine was a big plus! The garden is very spacious too (and there is also enough privacy): there was enough space for everyone to relax, swim, and eat together. It has a gas bbq, but even more special: an OFYR bbq, which we used often! Also for our 2 dogs it was perfect, it was completely fenced and from the house there are enough possibilities to walk your dog: there is also a footpath directly next to the house where there is enough shadow. The house is perfectly located in a little village (very peaceful), and the surroundings are beautiful. There is a small bakery a few minutes away by car, the supermarkets and Krk-city are a 10-minute drive, and everything on the island is reachable in max. 30 minutes by car. If you walk towards the church (3 minute walk from the house) you can even see the sea and you will have a beautiful view from there. The hosts Danijela & Andrej were very kind, helpful, flexible and made us feel very welcome (E.g. Early check-in was no problem and they were very responsive via WhatsApp, also with recommendations for restaurants/beaches/things to do). Thanks again for letting us enjoy your lovely house on the beautiful island Krk.
