Perfect for workers at construction projects in Alexandria, Cold Spring, Highland Heights. This is not a fancy home, it is a 3 bedroom. 1 bath ranch on a full basement. It is clean, freshly painted and new furnishings. It has everything you need to relax, quiet backyard, but walk to gold star chili or deli across the street. Trees block view from road so feels like its tucked away. It has a carport and plenty of parking space, even for work trucks. Double wide driveway makes it easy to park multiple vehicles.

New washer and dryer in basement.  

Each bedroom has a queen bed.  We can also add a twin bed in the living room if needed.  

We offer weekly cleaning service as an add on.
