The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please set the thermostat to 74°F and ensure all ceiling fans are turned off before departing.
Place gathered sheets and towels by the laundry room (leave mattress covers on). Trash bags go in the bins on the right side of the house.
Leave TV remotes on the living room coffee table, and press the lock button on the keypad upon exiting.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
To ensure a seamless stay and respect our community, please complete our brief guest check-in form prior to arrival.
Parking is limited to 2 vehicles in the private driveway (no street or grass parking).
Please place all paper products, wipes, and hygiene items directly into the provided bathroom waste bins to prevent drain backups.
