Interior property needs some updating as far as there is one couch that seats three, there’s only two kitchen chairs for the table, which is also in the living. There’s two folding TV trays as side tables to the couch. The headboard was not totally attached to the bed. The property was clean, but definitely needed furniture. Wanted to enjoy the view of the lake, but couldn’t see out the windows as bushes were too high and weeds growing in between them. This could be an absolutely beautiful property, maintenance just needs to be done. The property manager was amazing to work with.

OUTSIDE ENTRY Poor eye appeal. Window frames peeling and rotting. Frame next to apartment door number 1 had a bee's nest. This kept us from sitting outside in addition to no chairs. Storm door and inner door filthy and sticky to the touch. Garbage cans should be away from the house as the smelled awful. Also, construction garbage left on porch. INSIDE Apartment was clean. Linens towels were clean but stained. No furniture in kitchen. Livingroom had no furniture except a couch and one useless light. Someone had put the table from the kitchen in the living room. In spite of communication with Lorrie by text the internet failed repeatedly daily. Bedrooms were ok except that mattress covers should have been of better quality not just sticky and noisy and one headboard should have been secured better than it is. Had to buy a toaster. Had to throw away several sponges for the sink. Supplies under the sink were Helter skelter in a bin. AIR CONDITIONING WOULD HAVE WORKED WONDERS!!!!!!!!!!!
