Mehr Schein als Sein

Wir sind voller Vorfreude angereist und nachdem wir 17 steile Treppen hinauf ins Erdgeschoss gelangten, fanden wir direkt den Hinweis vor, dass am vorletzten Tag unseres Aufenthalts von 09:00 Uhr bis 16:00 Uhr das Wasser abgestellt wird. Das Appartment wirkt abgewohnt und nur oberflĂ€chlich gereinigt. Die Angabe zum WLAN war falsch, wurde dann vom Hausmeister aber vor Ort zugĂ€ngig gemacht. Der Fernseher konnte dennoch ĂŒber die komplette Aufenthaltsdauer nicht genutzt werden. Angegebene SpĂŒlmaschiene existierte nicht, Stereoanlage entpuppte sich als Micro-Kompaktanlage mit Wurfantenne Marke uralt. AbspĂŒlen geht nur bei fließendem Wasser da der Abfluss nicht gesperrt werden kann. Das gilt ebenso fĂŒr das Bad. Das Waschbecken im Bad hat einen Riss welcher schon in alten Rezessionen in 2024 bemĂ€ngelt wurde. (Das gilt ebenfalls fĂŒr die nicht vorhandene SpĂŒlmaschine). Wenn man sich Ă€ltere Bewertungen ansieht wird man feststellen das diverse MĂ€ngel lange bekannt waren, aber offensichtlich nur verwaltet anstatt abgestellt wurden. Netter Telefonkontakt und entgegengekommen bei der frĂŒheren Abreise wegen der Reparaturarbeiten an der Wasserleitung lösen nicht die dauerhaften MĂ€ngel.
