This cozy space includes A/C and heat for year-round comfort, along with a queen bed and a separate bunk room for flexible sleeping arrangements. Youll also find a full bathroom, TV, mini fridge, microwave, and coffee pot to make your stay easy and enjoyable. Linens are provided, along with starter essentials like coffee pods and soap. Please note there is no cookware or utensils. Outside, enjoy your own picnic table and fresh mountain air. No pets or smoking allowed, and one vehicle per site, no trailers. Durangos best adventures are just minutes away, and our General Store has you covered for anything else you may need.
