Not the Experience We Expected

I've never left a negative review before, but unfortunately, this stay fell well below our expectations. We found two dead cockroaches in the room and also encountered one that was alive. We were also given a unit that required a physical key rather than a code, which was inconvenient. We were also expected to take our own trash out and carry it to the dumpster located in the parking lot, which was another inconvenience we did not expect, especially considering the price we paid. I made the front office aware of these issues, but unfortunately, they showed very little concern, especially when we checked out. On top of that, the TV and ceiling fan in the master bedroom were not working. For the price we paid, we expected a much better experience, including a cleaner room and better service. Sadly, our stay was very disappointing, and we will not be returning.
