Newly built apartment in the beautiful Allgäu region, 6 km from Wangen and 18 km from Lake Constance, located in the hamlet of Primisweiler. Mountain and panoramic views. Biking and hiking trails right outside the front door, excellent dining options, and shopping in the immediate vicinity.

The newly built holiday apartment, featuring plenty of real wood, consists of an open-concept living/bedroom area with a loft that includes a single bed. The apartment is on the 1st floor. The open-concept living area features a double bed and a sofa bed. The apartment is ideally suited for 3 people or 2 adults and two children. A modern, fully equipped kitchenette and dining area are also located in the living area. There is also a separate bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet.
From the holiday rental, you’ll enjoy a stunning, unobstructed panoramic view all the way to the Alps.
There is an outdoor seating area at the entrance.
The apartment is located in a commercial building—a timber-frame structure. In the evening, you can enjoy the peace and quiet after an eventful day of holiday. The hosts do not live in the building.
There is another apartment (permanently rented) across from the holiday rental.
