Beautiful, rustic 2-family house "Chalet Engelshüs". In the district of Engelshüs / Wärgistal, 50 m from the skiing area, located by a road. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Grocery 950 m, shopping centre 1.6 km, restaurant 650 m, bar, bicycle rental 950 m, bus stop "Engelshüs" 5 m, railway station "Grindelwald Dorf" 1.6 km, outdoor swimming pool 1.2 km, indoor swimming pool 1.8 km. Golf course (9 hole) 2 km, tennis 2.5 km, minigolf 2 km, sports centre 1.8 km, mountain railway 650 m, gondola lift 950 m, slopes 50 m, ski rental 950 m, ski bus stop 5 m, cross country ski track 900 m, children's playground 1.8 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Thuner-/Brienzersee 18 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Grindelwald.

Spacious, fully renovated in 2023, comfortable and cosy furnishings: open living/dining room, ceiling height 200 cm with dining table, TV and international TV channels. Exit to the patio. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 2 rooms with sloping ceilings, Low door height 190 cm ceiling height 60 - 200 cm, each room with 1 bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Marvellous view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Private entrance, fire extinguisher.
