The modern villa Grandiosa, located on the island of Korčula in Blato, belongs to the Dubrovnik - Neretva County. Blato is a Mediterranean town and one of the oldest settlements located not far from the eponymous karst field. The municipality of Blato has access to both sides of the island of Korčula and is known for its Mediterranean climate with warm summers and humid winters.



Villa Grandiosa, built-in 2021 in a contemporary style, has 166 m2 of living space and offers accommodation for six people. The villa consists of a ground floor and upper floor. On the ground floor, there is a spacious kitchen equipped with everything you will need so you can prepare your favourite and delicious dishes. Next to it is a dining room with a dining table that has six seats and from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the glistening Adriatic Sea. The living room consists of a TV, corner sofa and coffee table, and from it, you can also relax and enjoy the blue of the sea.



On the ground floor, there is a separate room with a jacuzzi.



The outdoor terrace with a pool of 24 m2 will provide you with much-needed peace and relaxation during the hot summer days and nights, and in it, you will be able to refresh yourself whenever you want. Villa Grandiosa is fully fenced and only a few metres away from the sea, which guarantees you complete privacy during your holiday! On the outdoor terrace, there is also an outdoor wood grill, a covered outdoor dining table, a lounge area with six sun loungers, one parasol, and a small corner sofa where you can enjoy reading and sunbathing.



On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms with TV, double beds, and en suite bathrooms with showers, and each of these rooms has a balcony with seating ideal for a morning coffee. Additional facilities that will be of great use and help are a washing machine, dryer and iron, and another separate toilet. A baby cot and highchair are also available if you come with children.



Villa Grandiosa offers four private parking spaces, and if you are coming with your boat, it also has a berth (buoy for boats up to 10 metres). Guests have also at disposal two soup boards which are included in the price.



Attractions and fun local activities are wine tours, bike rental, fishing. Also, by the prior arrangement, you can enjoy massages.



What characterizes Blato is the production of agricultural products such as wine, oil, and figs, and also throughout history, cereals have been produced for their own needs. Be sure to take part in the cultural event called Blato Summer from July 15 to August 15, every year since 1992.
